The Sales and Service Coach provides a range of  services designed to improve the performance of automotive sales and service professionals.  Our services are provided at the dealer location so your staff is trained in a familiar environment and has easy access to the training, or coaching segments.

  • Recruiting – whether you need one additional sales professional to round out your team or an entire new staff, we provide customized recruiting campaigns that will attract high performance sales associates to your dealership who have demonstrated a strong success track in sales.

Here is how a typical recruiting campaign works: As part of our recruiting process we will meet with you at your dealership to gather information that will go into the hiring advertisements. We write the ads, post them on over 150 job boards and then prescreen the respondents.  We then schedule the interviews at your dealership and will  interview, or co-interview the applicants with your assigned management team. Hiring recommendations will be made, but the final selection process will be up to you and your management team. Pricing: Customized recruiting campaigns are priced from $1,500.00 to $4,750.00 depending on your specific needs and services requested.

  • Training – “training is more than telling”.  We often find that sales managers are really good at telling people what to do, but rarely have the time nor expertise at training people how to do it.  Effective training will bring people up to speed sooner and will produce both immediate and long term results.

New Hires: a new hire is not just someone new to the car business, but should include any new sales person being hired at your dealership.  Training for all new hires will include the fundamentals of your unique “road to the sale” which will be documented and trained to your specifications and performance expectations.
